Re-Claim PPI

Banks have been stealing £1,000s under the guise of personal insurance.

Now, the  PPI industry is in financial trouble. If you have taken out a loan over the past six years, now is the time to Re Claim  PPI you may have coming to you. Check your loan to see if it included any  PPI insurance. If it did – you can claim the money back yourself.

Under the Consumer Credit Act, you can retrieve a copy of your original agreement from the lender to Re Claim  PPI.

Look for any type of “protection plan” or “payment cover”, “loan protection” or “loan care” clauses in the agreement.

If your account was active in the last six years and it appears you paid coverage, you can claim your  PPI. Fill out a questionnaire which is simple to fill in. If you don’t have a questionnaire, request one from your lender. For any problems or questions, contact your Ombudsman at 08000 234 5679 and you can receive help.

Do not give up if you are turned down. Many lenders will turn you down on your first attempt. Keep on them and ask your Ombudsman for help and Reclaim  PPI that you have coming to you.
