Better pay deals for UK workers could help many with debt management plans. Stats from pay analysts Income Data Services (IDS) found average wage rises increased by 0.1 percent to 1.9 percent from the 3 months to February. While the extra money could help many people repay money owed, debt solutions like an IVA could help those struggling to cope. A person with an IVA can pay a manageable monthly amount over a period of 5 years. The study also found that fewer deals are ending in pay freezes according to the report. Around 31 percent of settlements studied involved such a freeze which is down from 34 percent.
