The housing market is picking up according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics). Its latest monthly survey of 245 estate agents suggests prices are going up and sales have risen slightly in April. If you are struggling to get on the housing market because of debt problems an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) could help. People with unsecured debts over £15000 could pay a more manageable monthly amount over 5 years before going debt free. The survey also found the average number of homes sold rose to 17.4 percent over the first 3 months of the year.
